Credits, or Standing on the Shoulders of Giants
What I do is basically combining other people's work into a coherent whole, and sometimes add some tiny little (and buggy) mod of my own, but I'm not the one who does the "real" work.
Most of the credit for the Fusion Pack goes to the 242 Squad who created HSFX; to Hades, Cirx, and the SAS/UP team who built the Ultr@pack; and we can't leave out the AAA community which also provided many mods that have been included, but the websites where they gather aren't as important as the people, no matter what is the favorite forum of each single individual: the real work isnt done by communities, it's done by people.
All the modders who built and shared mods, they are the ones who actually get the job done while we whine and argue about which community has the worst asshole admins.
Dedicated modders sharing their work on any modding community are the ones who keep our game alive, their work makes all these modpacks possible including the Fusion Pack, and to them goes the credit for keeping a 10 year old game always up to date and still unmached despite the aging game engine, for making IL-2 one of the most fun games and definitely the best flight simulator that you can run on a PC. Thank you guys.
PS: I tried to mention as many as I could of modders whose work was used in the Fusion pack, but chances are that I have missed someone. My apologies to those who were left out. Please message me if you think that someone should be added to the credit list.
